We may not leave our empty portfolios, cases and packing material in the
church on Monday night after hanging the exhibition. These things
must be taken home by the artist.
|
 |
If you cannot pick up your own artwork on Tuesday night, please do try to
arrange with another artist, friend, or family member to do this for you.
Unclaimed artworks are stored in the closet but this is NOT a completely
safe place.
|
 |
Please observe the signs the church has posted about food and drink.
Food and drink is allowed ONLY in the kitchen and the fellowship hall
where we have our regular exhibition.
|
 | The job of the "hanger" during Art Lending business
hours is to hang incoming paintings and to keep the exhibition looking
attractive and thoughtfully organized. Therefore, do not be
surprised if your paintings are not where you hung them on Monday night,
or as a group.
|
 | Your C.V. on the backs of your paintings is
helpful, but don't forget to mark clearly, either on the C.V. page or on
the painting itself: The title, the medium, the
price, Lease/Sale, or Lease only instructions, and framed dimensions |
